A high-quality foam insulation is then poured into the lid and walls to create an effective thermal barrier for maximum performance.

The lid of the cooler is equipped with a freezer-grade gasket made of thick rubber, designed to seal tightly against the rim of the cooler. This prevents air flow and helps maintain internal temperature retention. Additionally, thick rubber non-skid feet are included to prevent the cooler from sliding or shifting, even in the back of a moving truck or on a rocking boat.
